range of services in the field of competition karting
:
- racetrack technical assistance in any karting competition;
- settings, controls and repairs of kart chassis with laser
alignment equipments;
- high performance chassis tuning;
- tuning and any other works at all models of kart engines
(2-stroke of 4-stroke);
- any type of mechanical metal cutting;
- adjustments and tuning of Dell'Orto , Bolex , Hubchen or Tryton
carburettors;
- honing operating of cast iron and nikasil cylinders with a
precision of conicaly and ovality <0,005 mm - that are executed
with machine-tools having horizontal or vertical heads, being used
silicon carbide bars for cast iron cylinders and diamond bars for
nikasil cylinders.
CRG Romania may provide services in the field of
competition auto racing:
- tuning and preparation of competition engines;
- mechanical working operations with the highest fineness and
precision, at cylinder heads and engine blocks, honing with boring
diameters up to 110 mm, crankshaft grindings with tolerances of
workings - tampering, ovality <0,005 mm;
- driver manager assistance, technical track assistance,
telemetry engineering for the race cars drivers;
All specific workshop operations are executed in the workshop
of AUTO MB SPORT company, fitted with high
technicality equipments, including CNC and with high level
measuring and control gauges.
CRG Romania may provide technical
assistance to pilots wishing to participate in karting and auto
racing competitions .
We have all the necessary logistics, including the highest
qualified personnel in order to initiate and refine children and
youths in the art of sport driving on racing circuits.
